    • Customers must submit clear pictures/videos as proof within 3 days of receiving the product.

    • Once approved, refunds are processed within 2–4 business days.

    • The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 4–7 business days from the date of processing.

    5. Replacement / Exchange Policy

    We offer product replacement under the following circumstances:

    • Received item is damaged or incorrect

    Exchange Process:

    • Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped and delivered within 5–7 business days.
